These policies apply to purchases from the Cisoko store at cisoko.net. Checkout, invoices and payment processing are operated by Tebex Limited, our merchant of record. Product design, documentation and support are provided by Cisoko.
Digital products
Everything sold here is software for the FiveM platform. When payment succeeds, the product is granted to your Cfx.re account. You install it on a server you control, following cisoko.net/docs.
Refunds
Tebex Limited is the merchant of record and handles refunds and payment disputes under its own terms. If something is wrong with a product, open a Discord ticket or email info@cisoko.net first: most problems are setup issues we can fix with you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Monthly memberships bill through Tebex. Cancel in Tebex to stop the next payment.
Licence
A purchase grants a licence to use the resource on FiveM servers you operate. You may not resell, leak or redistribute the files, or claim another customer's Discord roles. Escrowed files stay encrypted. Documented configs and exports may be edited for your server.
Compatibility
We do not guarantee compatibility with every framework version, anti-cheat or third-party script. The product page and the docs are the source of truth for what a resource supports.
Accounts and identity
Use your own Cfx.re account for delivery. Discord linking is optional and used for roles and tickets. Do not share Cfx Portal access or licence keys.
Intellectual property
Cisoko names, logos, trailers and resource code are our property or used under licence. FiveM, Cfx.re, Grand Theft Auto, Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive are trademarks of their owners. Cisoko is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies.
Privacy
Checkout data is processed by Tebex under its privacy policy. Discord and Cfx.re process the identities you choose to link. We use purchase identity to deliver files, grant roles and answer tickets. This site sets two cookies, only when you use the basket, and counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets none.
