1. The store
cisoko.net is the catalog for Cisoko digital products. Tebex Limited operates the checkout, fulfilment and billing support as merchant of record. Cisoko provides the resources, documentation and product support.
2. Eligibility
You must be allowed to enter a payment contract in your country and able to receive FiveM assets on a Cfx.re account you control. You confirm the payment method is yours.
3. Orders
Prices are as shown at checkout, including any tax Tebex applies. An order is complete when Tebex confirms payment. Delivery is digital, to your Cfx.re account. A failed payment does not grant a licence.
4. Licence
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased resource on servers you operate. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly post escrowed or licensed files. Updates described on the product page stay attached to that licence. Membership products last for the paid term only.
5. Refunds
Refunds and payment disputes are handled by Tebex as merchant of record, under its terms. Contact our support first, so we can fix a fault before anything else. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.
6. Your responsibilities
You install the resource, keep your FXServer build current enough for the documented requirements, and do not use the product to break other services' terms. You claim Discord roles only for purchases you made.
7. Support
Support covers installation issues and bugs in our resources through Discord tickets. Custom features, unique integrations and server-specific rewrites are not included unless quoted separately.
8. Changes
We may update products, prices and these terms. Material checkout changes appear in Tebex. Continued use after an update means you accept the current text on this page.
9. Liability
Resources are provided as described. We are not liable for lost profits, wiped servers, or third-party scripts that conflict with a documented setup. Mandatory consumer laws in your country still apply where they cannot be waived.
