This page explains how a Cisoko purchase works: who takes the money, who delivers the files, and what you can change after checkout.
Who you are buying from
Cisoko creates and supports the resources, and runs this website. Checkout is operated by Tebex Limited, our merchant of record, who handle payment, invoices, tax and refunds. Cards, PayPal and other methods go through Tebex, never through a Cisoko payment form.
What you receive
You are buying a digital FiveM resource. After payment it is granted to the Cfx.re account you signed in with: find it under Granted Assets on portal.cfx.re. There is no physical shipment. Monthly memberships bill through Tebex until you cancel.
Escrow and what stays editable
Most paid resources use FiveM Asset Escrow to protect the code from leaks. Encrypted files cannot be opened. Configuration, exports and the documented integration points stay available, so you can still fit the resource into your server. If a file is meant to be edited, the docs say so.
Discord is optional
Your Cfx.re identity is used for delivery. Discord is for roles, tickets and community. You can complete a purchase without linking Discord. Claim roles with /claim only for a purchase you made.
Support, compatibility, updates
Compatibility, updates and support scope are written on each product page and in the docs. We do not claim that a resource works with every third-party script. If you need a specific integration, read the docs first, then open a ticket.
Money
Catalog prices are shown in EUR. Tebex shows the final price, with any tax, at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets cookies only when you use the basket: one holds your Tebex basket reference, one holds the item count for the header. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.
